The US economy is in the tank, and small, medium and large businesses are drowning in ridiculous over regulation. About the only industry sector that is still cooking along is the Law sector of our economy, yet even they are hitting the wall. Why - over regulation has hampered our economy. The regulators who were going to save us from evil businesses, created criminals and killed those businesses in order to save the consumer, who, has now lost their job, and will soon be on the street with their homes foreclosed on.

But you ask, how could this happen? Well, what did you expect; bureaucrats and bureaucratic lawyers have never run businesses, worse, when they have put in enough tenure they are hired by the very companies they previously brought enforcement actions against. They only industry that the bureaucrats assist in the law sector, that's right; Lawyers.

"[A]mong lawyers, 80 percent report being overloaded with information and 70 percent say they spend too much time sifting through irrelevant information. Common symptoms of information overload for lawyers include spending too much time conducting research, having trouble recreating research time for billing purposes, and wasting time searching for old e-mails and documents.
So, is this poetic justice? In a way yes, but at what cost, our entire economy, is that the cost? Jobs lost, homes foreclosed, banking system in shambles and stock market tanked? The United States of America has driven small businesses to bankruptcy, increased manufacturing costs and overrun the business community with inane regulations that help no man, no fish and no air molecules, all in the name of protecting the world. Instead they have destroyed our nation and caused our economy to crumble.
It's now to time to right the situation, deregulate and remove those laws which are bathed in political correctness or are not absolutely needed. We must delete the laws that destroy productivity in our civilization and start a red magic marker committee in order to bring this nation back to its full potential. Maybe the lawyers, bureaucrats and politicians are the ones who should be looking for work, instead of your next door neighbor? Seriously yours, Lance.
